By accessing or using ResumeLanded ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResumeLanded is an resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes. The Service includes a free tier and an optional paid Pro tier.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading resumes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your resumes or any content you enter.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes 1 resume, 5 templates, AI enhancement, and PDF download. We reserve the right to modify free plan features with reasonable notice.

7. Pro Subscription

• Pro is billed monthly at $9 USD.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated suggestions are provided as writing assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submitting your resume to any employer. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

9. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime or data loss, though we take reasonable steps to prevent both.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
